Terms of Service
Last updated: September 30, 2026
Agreement to these terms
The terms on this page apply to christmascards.me and to every card made with it. By making or opening a card you agree to them.
If you do not agree with a term here, please do not use the service.
What Christmas Cards provides
Christmas Cards turns a photo or an illustrated scene into a digital Christmas card, hosted at its own link and delivered as an envelope-first card page.
A free card is watermarked, lower resolution, limited to 3 generations and its link lasts 24 hours. An unlocked card removes the watermark, raises the resolution and keeps its link permanently.
Your content and your rights
You keep every right you already had in the photo you upload and the words you write. Christmas Cards does not claim ownership of them.
You give us permission to process that content for one purpose only: generating your card and displaying it at its link.
What you may not upload
Do not upload a photo you have no right to use, a photo of someone who has not agreed to it, or content that is unlawful, hateful or sexual.
We may remove a card that breaks this rule, and we may decline to serve a card page that is being used to harass someone.
Payment and access
A card is paid for once. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and there is no plan to cancel.
Generation quotas apply per card, and are listed on the pricing page. Access to an unlocked card continues for as long as the service operates.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service and every card page available, and we cannot promise it is uninterrupted or error free. Keep your own copy of any card that matters to you, using the download offered at generation.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the card in question.
Changes and contact
Terms change as the product changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
